About the role

As a UI Designer, you'll be at the forefront of Finotive's marketing and product transformation, designing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces that resonate with professional traders. Your work will directly impact how traders interact with our products, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for clarity, conversion, and engagement.

In this role, you'll lead the design of Finotive's website, create user-friendly interfaces for our dashboards, and introduce features that enhance the overall user experience. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and development team to ensure designs align with marketing goals and are optimized for SEO and user behavior. Your ability to combine visual aesthetics with functionality will set the foundation for an exceptional user experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in the trading or prop trading industry, which is essential to understanding the needs of our audience and creating designs that resonate with traders. You should also have a strong background in UX principles, an eye for detail, and a portfolio showcasing your ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
