As we expand our design and product operations, we're searching for a Product Designer who can work closely with the Lead Product Designer to create exceptional trading interfaces, internal tools, and data-driven user experiences.
This is a role for someone who thinks systematically, designs intentionally, and solves problems with clarity and elegance.

You’re comfortable taking direction — but also confident enough to own features end-to-end.
You’ll be designing interfaces for:
Trader-Facing Tools
- Dashboard modules
- Risk metrics, analytics cards, performance insights
- Trade history, summaries, and visualised data
Operational Interfaces
- CRM and admin systems
- Brokerage and client management tools
- Internal operational dashboards
Financial Experience Design
- Wallet and account balance flows
- Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction UX
- KYC, onboarding, and compliance journeys
Data & Analytics Modules
- Chart components
- KPIs, graphs, and complex data tables
- Interactive visualisations for data-driven decisions
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead Product Designer to translate product concepts into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
- Build polished layouts using advanced Figma workflows: components, variants, auto-layout, and responsive structures
- Turn product requirements into clear user flows with strong logic and hierarchy
- Maintain and expand Finotive’s design system, ensuring consistency across all products
- Collaborate with developers and product managers for accurate handoff and implementation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, user testing, and internal reviews
- Document component rules, spacing logic, and system reasoning for scalability
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, CRMs, or data-heavy interfaces
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
- Components & nested components
- Variants & variant properties
- Auto-layout (complex responsive structures)
- Component libraries & shared design systems
- Token-based spacing, grids, typography, and colour systems
- Proper use of constraints, layout grids, and responsive rules
- Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system
- Ability to deliver pixel-perfect alignment, spacing, and typography
- Understanding of trading/fintech concepts — or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work within a structured, direction-driven workflow
- Strong communication skills for presenting design logic
Nice to Have
- Experience designing charting or analytics-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, or other trading interfaces
- Previous fintech, prop trading, or brokerage design experience
- Understanding of component-based front-end (React)
- Experience with rapid prototyping
